When you have an attraction based on all things weird, we understand there might be a few questions raised. See below if we can help answer some of the more common ones.

This is not a small maze. With 1.5km of pathways and overbridges you may walk between 3-5km to successfully solve it - has exercise ever been more fun!?

Yes, 12 flights of stairs make up the design of the maze and will need to be used to solve it. If this is an issue you can use ground-level Emergency Exits and cross the middle courtyard instead of climbing the stairs.

Yes, other than the four corner towers there is no roof over the maze. Please dress accordingly.

The short answer is sorry, no. We can only refund if an area is closed to customers, and with our region's changeable weather we don't refund when it turns nasty. Remember, your ticket is valid all day!

Covid-19: All areas of the business are open with optional mask-wearing while indoors for all. We have numerous sanitising stations available for our visitors, sneeze guards at our counters and other measures ready to activate should they be required. For more info click here
